Job Overview We are hiring Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the events sector. You will promote our event organization, exhibition, and conference services, build lasting client relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery. This role combines field work, client meetings, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams. Ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for events and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new clients from governmental and private sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, professional, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Market and sell the company’s event management, exhibition, and conference services
  • Prepare competitive commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct direct communication via calls, meetings, emails, and presentations
  • Monitor project execution in coordination with operations and creative teams to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Update and manage client data and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and participate in team meetings and industry events
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client requirements in the events sector

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in events, exhibitions, advertising, or B2B services)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (Arabic fluency required; English is a plus)
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and propose suitable event solutions
  • Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals under pressure
  • Good planning, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic sales tools
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments
  • Willingness to work both in-office and in the field (client visits, events, exhibitions)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market demands
