Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to drive business development and secure orders in the HVAC sector. This role focuses on building relationships with end users, MEP consultants, contractors, and FM companies to achieve approved vendor status, negotiate contracts, and close deals for new construction projects (design/construction stage) and maintenance services. Ideal for a proactive sales professional with deep HVAC knowledge and a proven track record in the UAE MEP market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC for new projects (under design or construction) and maintenance contracts
  • Engage with MEP consultants to secure inclusion on approved vendor lists (AVL) and specifications
  • Collaborate with MEP contractors, end users, facility management (FM) companies, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and position IMEC solutions
  • Negotiate terms, prepare competitive proposals, and finalize orders to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers in the construction and MEP sectors
  • Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations as needed
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines in the UAE
  • Report sales progress, opportunities, and forecasts to management

Strict Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of recent, relevant experience in HVAC sales and business development in the UAE/Gulf (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in selling HVAC systems/solutions for new projects (design or construction phase) and/or maintenance services
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and MEP integration
  • Experience working with end users, MEP consultants, contractors, and FM companies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and ready for client meetings, site visits, and travel within the region
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
