Job Overview As General Manager – Fashion, you will lead the strategic development and execution of a luxury fashion brand’s omnichannel presence in the region. You will set ambitious commercial targets, manage budgets, drive profitable growth across retail, wholesale, marketplace, and eCommerce, and ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels. With a strong fashion-forward mindset, deep product acumen, and expertise in brand DNA, you will elevate brand desirability, optimize operations, build loyal customer communities, and foster partnerships to achieve sustained commercial and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term omnichannel vision, integrating physical stores, digital platforms, eCommerce, apps, and in-store solutions for a hybrid luxury network
  • Optimize the brand’s physical and digital footprint through strategic renovations, closures, expansions, and digital investments to strengthen positioning and profitability
  • Drive financial performance by maximizing OPEX/CAPEX efficiency, ensuring strong store-level IRR, and rigorously monitoring KPIs and budgets
  • Lead the end-to-end hybrid customer journey, leveraging CRM, digital innovation, and data to engage, retain, and grow a loyal brand community
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brand principals, stakeholders, and key partners to accelerate growth
  • Shape and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, including 360° campaigns across retail, digital, social, CRM, and media to boost brand equity and customer acquisition
  • Manage overall distribution, identifying and expanding wholesale, marketplace, and alternative channels for incremental revenue
  • Identify customer experience (CX) gaps and implement forward-thinking strategies aligned with evolving luxury expectations
  • Maintain deep product and assortment expertise rooted in brand DNA and current fashion trends to curate collections that drive desirability, sales, and market relevance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with 5+ years in senior leadership/general management roles
  • Proven expertise in hybrid/omnichannel retail, eCommerce, digital transformation, CRM, and CX design
  • Strong financial acumen, commercial discipline, budgeting, and profitability management
  • Fashion-forward mindset with exceptional product and assortment knowledge in luxury fashion
  • Experience managing high-profile brand/principal relationships and influencing without direct authority
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills to energize, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Inspirational, self-aware leader with a track record of building inclusive, diverse teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative luxury environment
